 The Pearl Project Offers STEM courses for Xtreme Teen Girls!
Girls, do you like science, technology, engineering or math (STEM)? Join others who enjoy these subjects for an exciting and fun 6-week program, just for girls ages 10-17. Part of a larger endeavor, the Pearl Project designed to help girls in science, math or technology-related fields be on their way to success! Girls will also learn culturally, linguistically, ethnically and through diversity and the program will help girls start on their desired career path! The program starts with orientation at the Largo Kettering Perrywood Community Center on Monday, March 11 at 7 p.m. This kicks off the 6-week program that is held at 3 locations beginning March 20. Locations are the John E. Howard Community Center, the Lake Arbor Community Center and the South Bowie Community Center.
