The newly renovated Allentown Splash, Tennis and Fitness Park was rocking on Saturday night as the biggest start-of-summer party was in full swing. The annual Teen Fest had so many fun activities, performances, food and more that it was almost hard to see it all! Xtreme Teens, Preteens and their families were able to climb a rock wall, play outdoor video games, paint, make homemade bracelets and even roast marshmallows for s'mores! Attendees could stop by the WPGC booth or test their football aim all while enjoying cotton candy and snow cones. The basketball tournament was heating up the courts to the sounds of WPGC DJ Flex and other performers. Singer Desi kicked off the teen performers with an original song and rapper Young Motive also performed some original work. There were many dance performances from crowd-favorites Raw Element (pictured above), the talented Star Academy Dancers and the mask-wearing MCC Steppers. There was always a fun performance going on all night long! Xtreme Teens and Preteens were taking advantage of the awesome new splash park as well, jumping off the diving board, hopping across the pool on lily pads and more! It was a fun summer night for swimming! When attendees got hungry, there was also plenty of food and drinks including hot dogs, hamburgers and fruit. There was so much fun stuff to do at Teen Fest I can't imagine what this year's Safe Summer has in store for Xtreme Teens! Visit your local community center or pgxtremeteens.com to find out about all the safe summer activities, starting June 21!
