Teen Cotillion - Week 6
On February 27th, the Teen Cotillion participants had an opportunity to participate in a health and wellness. The Debs participated in water aerobics and learned about aqua zumba, aqua pole, and aqua spin classes. Our Beaus took part in weight lifting with personal trainer. The Beaus not only lifted weights, but they also learned how to lift properly and safely. All the Debs and Beaus were given a reeducation in proper nutrition to help the teens to both eat right and stay fit.
