Come & Meet the Artists

The Purple Line team invites you to “Meet the Artists” and share information about your community’s history, culture, and landmarks with artists preparing proposals for artwork to be incorporated at stations. Once selected and installed, these artworks will embellish each station’s architecture and reflect the unique character of the surrounding community. The purpose of the Art-in-Transit Program is to enhance the travel experience, promote transit use and to engage every community along the proposed 16-mile light rail line. We look forward to your participation in the Purple Line’s Art-in-Transit Program.
