	Berwyn Heights Pedestrian and Bicyclist Safety Improvement Action Plan	August 2024	Plan	Pedestrian and Bicyclist Safety Improvement	Berwyn Heights, a municipality in northwest Prince Georges County, Maryland, established a Quality-of-Life Commission in 2018 to address community concerns, particularly focusing on pedestrian and bicyclist safety. This led to the creation of the Walkable Bikeable Berwyn Heights Task Force, which issued a report in February 2020 with specific recommendations. In fall 2021, the town sought funding from the Prince Georges County Planning Departments PAMC program to develop a Pedestrian and Bicyclist Safety Improvement Action Plan.
