The area is experiencing momentum as an employment center with the county's purchase of property and the approval by the Planning Board of the detailed site plan (DSP-14028) for the Prince George's County Regional Hospital on June 23, 2015. The county is interested in taking advantage of the recent activities by continuing this momentum for the expedited development of the center.
