Developed with the assistance of the community, this document recommends goals, strategies, and action pertaining to land use, zoning, environment, parks and recreation, transportation, trails, public facilities, historic preservation, urban design, economic development and community character, and living areas. The SMA establishes zoning changes to implement the master plan's recommendations. |
