TEEN COTILLION WEEK 6- SPONSORSHIP WORKSHOP

The Sponsorship and finance Team shared a dynamic presentation on sponsorships to help parents and participants reach their goals with raising funds to support their cotillion experience.
The participants were interested in the various ways they can contribute while parents asked questions about sponsor ads and donation deadlines as well as table seating assignments.
The parents also received information about ticket sales, table seating assignments for the day of the event. In addition, the Sponsorship Committee discussed Cotillion Souvenir booklet. Before the parents left they were provided sponsorship forms and packets for parents and the teens.
