If your answer was “YES!” to any of these questions, come down to the Washington Convention Center for NBC 4’s Health and Wellness Expo, where the M-NCPPC has a booth set up! You can learn all you need to know about the variety of programs, facilities and events that we have to offer year-round! Health and Wellness Officer Katrina Williams says, “From programs, trails, aquatic facilities, and leagues to seminars, we have something for everyone to affect them in a positive way.” Business was booming on Saturday, January 11, and we got a lot of positive feedback from our visitors who said they loved what we are doing! We are sure to attract similar crowds on Sunday, January 12, so stop by then if you were not able to make it out on Saturday!
