Kelsey Miller — Public Relations Writer for Youth Services

Kelsey has been in Youth Services since June 2012. She is a rising senior multi-platform Journalism major at the University of Maryland’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism. She is from Salisbury, Md., lives in College Park, Md. She has also attended the Salzburg Academy on Media and Global Change in Salzburg, Austria and has interned at The Capital in Annapolis, Md., and The Daily Times in Salisbury, Md. She was the juvenile justice/social services/culture reporter for the Capital News Service in Annapolis during the Spring 2012 session. She hopes to write for a news magazine or music magazine one day.
