DOCUMENTATION Course Frequency: Initial Assignment
In this course, you will learn the clinical process used by Special Programs staff with particular emphasis on assessment and documentation as it relates to the discipline of therapeutic recreation. Skills related to in-take and assessment, treatment planning, and documentation will be reviewed.
