PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALSCourse Frequency: Annually Review employee and supervisory responsibilities for meeting work program expectations. Learn how to communicate about performance expectations, and how performance ratings/outcomes are calculated. This course is mandatory for new Merit System employees and new supervisors responsible for evaluating Merit System employees. Employees promoted to supervisory positions are considered “new” supervisors and are required to attend training to gain an understanding of basic supervisory responsibilities for performance management.
