Request an In-Person Park Building Viewing

Fill out this form to request time to view a M-NCPPC, Parks and Recreation Park Building. All requests must be made at least 48 business hours in advance and will only be considered if the viewing date(s) is/are within 14 business days. Any requests outside of this window will be denied.

Please take note of the following:

To view a Park Building you must be 21 years old or older and have a PARKS DIRECT account. If you do not have an account, please create an account here.

Appointments are only available Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 8 pm for a 30-minute block of time.

Birchwood and Vansville Park Buildings can ONLY be viewed between the hours of 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm Monday – Thursday.

Because patrons can make Park Building reservations up to 72 hours in advance, the request may not be approved until we are 72 hours away from the viewing date/time. If approved, an access code will be provided via email. You will have 30 minutes to access and view the building set at the appointment time. If the appointment is missed, a new request must be submitted.

Once the request is submitted, please allow up to 1 business day for the Park Permits Office to respond via email.
